1. Camera check-in

Camera (a USB webcam plugged into the PC shows up here too) Or attach a photo file (for a PC with no camera — take the photo on a phone and attach it here)

Camera permission is asked by the browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere in this prototype.

If the face does not match any registered student, use the flag button. No wrong attendance is ever marked automatically.

2. Register a new student

Full name Class

Capture a photo first, then register. The photo becomes this student's record photo for future check-ins.

3. Today's attendance

Saved in this browser (offline-first). When the school is back online, this list syncs to the school record. Parent alerts are sent only as a WhatsApp link the school taps — never automatic.
