Pick your campus, enter its PIN. No passwords, no email needed. The PIN is never stored on this device. One campus = one branch: you only ever see your own campus data.
Demo mode works fully offline with clearly labelled DEMO data. It never contacts a server and never uses real children or real phone numbers.
Privacy: photos captured for attendance stay on this device. The server stores only attendance metadata and a yes/no photo flag — never the photo itself.

Camera check-in
Same flow as the standalone prototype: start the camera, capture a photo, then mark present, flag an unknown face, or register a new student. The photo stays on this device; only a yes/no photo flag syncs.

Camera permission is asked by the browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere from this page except the yes/no photo flag on sync.
If the face does not match any registered student, use the flag button. No wrong attendance is ever marked automatically.

Arrears are calculated automatically from the student's earlier unpaid challans. You never type arrears by hand, and the server recalculates them on sync. An issued challan is never edited — a mistake is voided and re-issued.

Grades are calculated automatically: A ≥ 90%, B ≥ 80%, C ≥ 70%, D ≥ 60%, F below 60%. The server recalculates grades on sync. A wrong row is voided and re-entered — never edited.

Parent alerts — links only
Nothing is sent automatically. Each button opens a WhatsApp link with prefilled text that a staff member taps to send. No phone numbers are harvested: the only number ever used is the guardian phone already on the student's own record, and in demo mode no real number is used at all.
